1. Creating a project and batch

Learn how data is organized in PerfLab: project, examinations, batches and analyses. We create a project, upload data, and create the first batch. Then we import and check the data in an analysis.

2. Basic GUI handling

Get comfortable with the image viewer. We switch frames and slices, change the data source, pan, zoom and adjust contrast, draw, edit and hide ROIs, work with the curve controls, and find the help and documentation.

3. Data processing I (clinical)

Process a clinical dataset step by step, from registration to statistics.

4. Data processing II (preclinical)

Run the same pipeline on a preclinical dataset and see which choices are specific to rodent data.
